This analysis of the evolution of housing transaction prices highlights the variation between the first quarter of 2021, in which 4.3% was recorded, and the second quarter, in which the figure was no more than 2%. Between April and June, house prices registered a monthly value of less than 1%, which resulted in these figures.
As a result of these monthly variations, the year-on-year variation in prices has slowed, standing at 13.6% in June, 3.6% less than the 17.2% recorded in March, for example, or 5.1% less than the 18.7% recorded at the end of 2022.
