Since October last year, TKA | The Key Advisors has begun a process of change aimed at contributing to a better service for all our stakeholders.

We can summarize 5 essential points of change:

  • We have changed processes – Ensuring that there is total transparency in the way we operate, both for clients and suppliers, that we have absolute control over all our actions and that we don’t miss a deadline.
  • We’ve changed roles – We’ve tailored our team to our clients’ needs, ensuring that we deliver value with the best talent on the market.
  • We’ve changed our reports – making them easier to read and clearly explaining the decisions we make in each of the jobs we carry out.
  • We’ve changed our image and website – Because the exterior must accompany the culture of internal change, we’ve made our image more up-to-date, allowing for better communication of who we are and what we do.
  • And finally, we’ve also moved premises – so that we can continue to grow and improve the working conditions for our team and those who visit us.

The first phase of this profound process of change was a success and an inspiration for TKA’s new signature, which clearly outlines the company’s history. The new claim, “your valuation consultant for a lifetime”, is nothing more than the translation of what happens with TKA’s clients, since practically as soon as they join, they don’t leave. It’s a case of saying that they stay for life and our changes will always continue along the path of better serving our clients and suppliers.
