Created in 2005, TKA focuses its activity on asset valuation and consultancy aimed at the portuguese real estate market. It is a company regulated by the CMVM – Comissão de Mercados de Valores Mobiliários and follows the IVS - International Valuation Standards.

Human capital is our best asset. We have a multidisciplinary team made up of around 100 highly experienced and specialized professionals, all certified by the CMVM, whose efforts are coordinated in order to provide our clients with a set of value-added services, having the ability to solve complex challenges.

We follow very rigorous procedures, with the goal of continually improving our performance and renewing the trust and loyalty of our customers.

At TKA it is imperative to always be one step ahead by producing superior quality content that adds value to customers.
